I was surprised that we didn't get any trouble to purchase our 2014 prius. Pam was very friendly and knowledgeable. She's honest too. I know it's hard even funny to use 'honest' to describe a sales especially a car sales person, but she indeed is. No time waste, test drive, negotiation, trade in and done. We could almost get our new car within 2 hours if we had chosen a different color which was in stock. It took Pam 3 hours to trade the car in our favorite color from another dealer. She's superb. Definitely recommend! More

The car I was interested in wasn't at the lot Mark worked. He was able to secure the car and get it to me that evening. The Gresham Toyota dealership tried to sell me Camry based on the negatives of Ford rather than the superiority of the Camry. Mark never ventured there, his quality knowledge of the both vehicles and the information he was able to relay me sold the car. After driving both and speaking to both a Ford dealership and Toyota, it was his knowledge and ability to effectively compare and contrast the two vehicles that ultimately convinced me on the wiser choice was the Camry. I'm glad it was Mark I ran into or I may be driving a fusion right now. I'm very happy I'm not. I'm thoroughly enjoying this car. More
