Better deal and less pressure than where we went previous After wrecking my 96' Accord, my wife and I needed another car. The day before we went to Royal Moore we were shopping for a Honda. I found a newer Ac After wrecking my 96' Accord, my wife and I needed another car. The day before we went to Royal Moore we were shopping for a Honda. I found a newer Accord I fell in love with but after working with the salesmen and making it clear we wanted to think about it over night as the payments were above our budget, they made us feel like we had no choice to get it then and that WE said we would buy it then. So we left and said we would come back the next day. We wanted to shop around as it was our first car purchase. My wife found Royal Moore while I was still at work and started looking. We tried a few cars but none of them really hit us like the 13' Yaris 4 door they had. It may not have all the bells and whistles the Accord I wanted had, but it had 65K less miles on it for around the same price. Mark was very helpful, nice, comical, and a wonderful guy to talk to. Although they didn't budge much on the price, they explained to us our payment options and gave us the Premium warranty for a CUV while still keeping our payments within our budget. We have had the car for about 9 months now and love it. I plan to shop at Royal Moore Toyota in a few years when I want to update our other car. More

He showed us the used tr My husband and I went into Royal Moore Toyota to look for a used truck. We were greeted by Patrick one of the salesmen there. He showed us the used trucks on the lot and also the new trucks. He was very knowledgable and friendly. We ended up purchasing a new 2014 Toyota Tundra and we love it. Anyone who knows me knows I hate car shopping because of how long it takes and the pushy salesmen. Patrick was not like that at all. He made us very comfortable and we actually enjoyed the experience. The only thing I would have changed is how long it took for the loan officer to process our loan. We were already preapproved when we arrived and it still took almost all day before we finally could leave the lot. Other than that one other thing we would have liked is them to have more inventory in their lot. We ended having to wait for a week for our truck to arrive. Other than that the dealer ship was great. The people were friendly and we really enjoyed spending our day with Patrick. We definitely give him and Royal Moore TWO THUMBS UP!!!
