I had been looking around for a car for a while. I have good credit, but I've only had it for about a year. Plus I just got into a stable job a few months ago. I needed a car that would keep me safe through Michigan winters. I consulted with Don at Royal Oak Ford and I'm still in shock with how much he was able to help me. I originally consulted about a used 2014 escape thinking that was the best I was going to be able to get. Don helped me get everything started and when I came back that Monday, he helped me find enough credit and a good interest rate to be able to get a 2020 Ford escape with 24,000 miles on it. Don helped me get a car that can keep me and my family safe through the winter, and keep us safe and comfortable in a reliable vehicle for a long while. In taking delivery, he was very helpful in setting up all the software apps in the Mach-E, including pairing my phone and setting up FordPass.
