I cringe when people come to my door for solicitations, and I find most salespeople in retail establishments to be pushy and opportunistic. Evilasio is a very different experience. While fully knowledgeable and helpful, he's so non-pushy that you'd almost swear he doesn't work on any commission at all. I felt comfortable with him right away, and that's why I've continued to buy cars from him. If you share my general skepticism of salespeople, try this non-salesperson salesperson. You'll probably be pleasantly surprised like I was. Highly recommended. More

Difficult terms from FMCC for A-Plan Lease on Explorer After having a bad experience at another Ford dealer, we tried Royal Oak Ford on Woodward Avenue (a participating True Car Dealer), for a A-Plan lease After having a bad experience at another Ford dealer, we tried Royal Oak Ford on Woodward Avenue (a participating True Car Dealer), for a A-Plan lease on a 2017 Explorer. Our salesperson Devin Carrier began the process and we also talked to Jermy Johnston. Devin located an Explorer that was equipped with what we wanted, and set us up on a test drive. Devin assisted us in completing all the paperwork on Saturday afternoon. It took to Monday to get everything back from FMCC with the work of the very experienced F&I professional Don Socia at RO Ford . We took delivery of the new Explorer last Monday evening and it has exceeded our expectations this first week of driving it. Our other Ford lease car (2017 Taurus) and the Explorer lease will bring us back to Royal Oak Ford when it is time to lease our next Ford vehicles. More
