I’ve had little contact with Royal Oak Ford since I’ve had little need. My Escape has been a good comfortable car. So far just one tire issue, an oil change and a recall handled. Each of these experiences had little need. My Escape has been a good comfortable car. So far just one tire issue, an oil change and a recall handled. Each of these experiences have been very positive. The staff has been friendly, helpful and very efficient. Right from my salesman Anthony to the service technicians. Purchasing the car was confusing at one point we were being shown a car, and another customer came over to let us know if she had just purchased that car. We did end up purchasing a car. When we arrived being shown a car, and another customer came over to let us know if she had just purchased that car. We did end up purchasing a car. When we arrived home with it, the same day the rear view camera stopped working. I contacted the dealership and they said they could look at it, but when I tried to set up an appointment they made excuses and eventually stopped responding to me. More

I now have a new 2-year lease on a new car and my new at Royal Oak Ford, has done it again. He got me another great deal, this time a dealer special.
