I understand that things happen - but the way they treated us throughout the entire experience was completely unacceptable. They treated us as an annoyance. Multiple times the manager said he would speak to the owners on our behalf, he never did, never called us back, and was never in when we called him. After $5,700 of unnecessary work the truck needed a rebuilt transmission. Apparently they were doing us a huge favor by not charging us an additional $5,000 for this - and the very rude mechanics, who were just awful on multiple occasions, made sure to let us know over and over again how lucky we were when coming to pick the truck up - after they had it for almost a month and never once offered a loaner car. We were spending $6,000 on a vehicle we had bought from there less than 6 months ago - we did not feel lucky and he should have known better. I gave them one star only because the salesman was nice enough. Please learn from our terrible experience and do not buy your vehicle from here! More

He was very professional and he spent a lot of time to make sure that I understood every feature of the car. The police are coming, I called the wrong manager Mike to complain, the other manager Mike has called me 6 times, threatening to sue me, if I put his name in the review. Once we realized they had added the additional 12 payments he had to get his trade in back. Now the correct manager Mike said he could make the original deal, minus the 3 grand. Manager Mike just called back again, after I asked him not to, he offered the deal, take names off the review, or be sued, I picked being sued. Mike said he will ruin me. More

Ask 3 different guys what the price of a car is and get 2 different prices and the third says it's already sold. The first guy I spoke with seemed to have a decent head on his shoulder but when his friends arrived, I was passed off onto another salesman. This means I get the joy of explaining my situation preferences blah blah blah and pleasure of answering his meaningless questions about my family occupation recreation dreams (FORD an acronym they attempt to use to build a rapport with you). After the small talk, we went to look at some cars. I was flabbergasted by the selections he took me to. When I tried to tell him that I was looking for something simple and dependable, he just tried to sell me on the newest features. I told him you are not listening to me so I will be leaving. At which point, his only response was asking me for my contact information so we could stay in touch. UNBELIEVABLE More

He was a gentleman and helped us quickly without overselling what we weren't interested in. The problem came into play on day 2 when we came back to finish purchasing the vehicle. After being told to come back at a certain time so we could quickly get in and out of there, we had to wait well over an hour. Then, we sat with the low-life finance "professional" that they have. After trying to "get us a lower payment" by pretty much doubling the interest rate through one of his "preferred" banks, we politely (multiple times) told him we weren't interested. My fiance had a better rate through Capital One and that's who we wanted to go through. This angered the finance guy and he begrudgingly agreed to go through Capital One. He then took the next two minutes to quickly work with the bank online to send the pre-approval through. Mind you, this was after he feigned confusion over how we would get a "check" from the bank and need to come back later because it was such a difficult process with those banks (Capital One and Chase.) Lovely, huh? And here's the kicker...after it was too late and we were already home and about to make the first payment to the bank, we realized that that guy signed my fiance up for Citizen's Bank and we were naive enough not to notice until the bill came in. Wise up fellow car purchasers. Don't let this place take you for a ride. I will NEVER recommend anyone go to this dealership. I'm going to make it my mission to let as many people as possible know what a HORRIBLE company this is. Worst Service Experience Ever! Service Department was very disappointing today. This is the second time I have had a scheduled "one hour" oil change appointment that lasted two hour Service Department was very disappointing today. This is the second time I have had a scheduled "one hour" oil change appointment that lasted two hours! If it is going to take two hours please TELL ME so I can go home rather than wait in your customer lounge that was filled with exhaust fumes, construction noise and a TV that is so freaking loud I can still hear it over my headphones with my itunes turned up full blast. No one bothered to apologize for the wait. No one warned me it was going to take longer than the scheduled time. When I got in my car it reeked of oil and no one had bothered to place protective paper on my seat or floor. Oh and since the service area is under construction I stopped where the sign says to stop... no one came out to greet me so I got out of the car to go in for help and another customer started yelling at me for parking where the sign clearly said I was supposed to stop. Admittedly he had to squeeze around me because they had a great big truck blocking the path. I know construction is a challenge but please have a plan! This was the most unpleasant service appointment I ever had . I will NOT be going back. this in addition to the built in faulty transmission on the Focus (had to have the clutch replaced and it's only a year old) ... I will never buy another Ford ... More
