Terrible experience. I have Ford tire warranty. My car was towed here. Took 3 days of me calling to get the tire fixed. When I did get it back, there was a rod hanging down under the car scrapping on that was towed here. Took 3 days of me calling to get the tire fixed. When I did get it back, there was a rod hanging down under the car scrapping on that tire. I felt the staff was so busy they didn’t have time to bother with me. Should of skipped Ford tire plan and gone to Belle Tire, at least I wouldn’t of been without a vehicle for 3 days. More
