Matt was very helpful sending info, pics, videos, etc. during this long distance sale. Manger reached out as well and was very easy to work with. The finance manager was very nice and professional, and I appreciated not being hassled about added warranties and extra fees. We got a great deal on a great vehicle. I do have one complaint however. The detailing on our vehicle was lacking at best. It appears they at least vacuumed but that’s about it. There was dirt and scuffs throughout, as well as sticky residue in the cup holders. These were easy things for us to clean, but little details that set dealers apart, and I felt could have been done much better. Overall this was an easy car buying experience though. More
