Sales - Mike Long - Rude and Unprofessional After 10 months of issues with my 2019 Edge, it was deemed a lemon by the State of Michigan laws. ML kept trying to sell me a different vehicle....and then when he told me he found one that matched the criteria, I told him, "Yes, get it". The next morning he said it was gone and that I should find another dealership. I did and THEY found me my vehicle. Upon the new dealership trying to complete the RAV process, ML at Royal Oak ford interferred and declined the surrender of the vehicle with issues, stopping me from getting my reimbursement check!
