It’s a used vehicle so I didn’t expect it to be in perfect condition but Vernon was very helpful until the paperwork was signed and his sale was made. It’s a used vehicle so I didn’t expect it to be in perfect condition but there were things we noticed that he quickly exclaimed “we’ll take care of it.” I had to bring my car back the following Thursday, which was inconvenient enough, just to hear the cracked panel on the door wouldn’t be replaced as he said. Of course, this was my boyfriends fault because he mentioned he thought they were $50. Hey, Vernon, maybe you should check your guidelines and be up front with your customers so they may come back to you in the future. Any concerns I mentioned after purchasing the vehicle were met with indifference. This review was originally 5 stars and I purchased my vehicle only 6 days ago. So disappointed with this dealership after spending 4 hours in their office and being told things would get taken care of. More
