Used Car Sales person Gina McCracken answered an email and scheduled a test drive I had an exceptional customer service experience at Royal Oak Ford. Used Car Sales person Gina McCracken answered an email and scheduled a test drive for a vehicle my daughter was interested in. From the moment I met her, she was extremely friendly and down to earth. No heavy sales pitch- just what fit best for my daughter. Excellent communication. Awesome lady! Sales manager Mark Lange assisted to help finalize the purchase. He went above and beyond to give us the price we were looking for and then helped us to not only purchase a used car, but also referred me to Devin Carrier in new car sales for a lease. Excellent leadership skills. Devin was great to work with as well, showing me a few vehicles and multiple pricing options. Again, keeping within my price range and not up-selling a vehicle.
