Never Leased Before! I'm the daughter of a Chrysler retiree, never had any car that wasn't a Chrysler. I owned a Jeep Compass for 7 years and it was time to end our relati I'm the daughter of a Chrysler retiree, never had any car that wasn't a Chrysler. I owned a Jeep Compass for 7 years and it was time to end our relationship together. I explored all of my options within the Big 3. I was referred to Devin via a friend of a friend on Facebook. He knew I was looking for the best price point that fit my budget. Devin also knew I was shopping around and there was a good chance I may not have went with a Ford (and him), being that I get such a large discount from Chrysler. Devin didn't treat me like "just another inquiry" even though there was a good chance I would have been. He kept in touch with me during the three weeks it took me to make the decision to get a Ford and did not make me feel like I was being a burden or a waste of time-he also wasn't annoying either.. I was up front with Devin and told him that I was going to go to my Chrysler dealership and get numbers, and they'd like be unbeatable (my uncle is my sales guy with Chrysler). Devin encouraged me to bring the Chrysler numbers back to him because he could beat them, and he did! I leased a 2018 Ford Escape from Devin, and I couldn't be happier. Even though I met Devin through a friend, of a friend, of a friend, he still treated me like we were buds for a long while. I was very impressed with all of Royal Oak Ford's staff, Jordan (last name unknown), the 'assistant' was very knowledgeable of the product that is sold, he taught me the ins and outs of my new vehicle, which going from a 2011 to a 2018 I needed the tutorial! Finance man, Steve was very nice, and fast-great to talk with. I'd definitely recommend Devin and all of Royal Oak Ford to people I know who are looking for new vehicles. More

outer tie rod ends Just called to get a estimate on outer tie rod ends which are basically the same on all cars and trucks, and was told that I must bring the vehicle i Just called to get a estimate on outer tie rod ends which are basically the same on all cars and trucks, and was told that I must bring the vehicle in for them to look at it. I have called four different places and all of the gave me an estimate right over the phone, so I believe that this is just a sales technique to get me in the shop, and once I'm there let me have it with every little nit picking thing that is wrong with the van in hopes selling extra services not really needed. More

Dont answer the surveys honestly The sales department is great, of course because they want you to spend money on a new car, that is where it ends. Had my first service appointment The sales department is great, of course because they want you to spend money on a new car, that is where it ends. Had my first service appointment months ago, it was a HORRENDOUS experience. It started when I could never getting a response from a service adviser to schedule an appointment. When I got there, I was told I would have to make a second appointment because they didn't have time to fix the molding issue (even though I told them when I booked the appointment), more so when I stopped in 2 days after buying the car about the molding they said, we'll just take care of it at your first service appointment. They will then ask you to fill out a survey, now don't be honest in your survey or they will refuse to service your car. I reluctantly called today to schedule another oil change and guve then a second chance and was told "after reading your review, we don't have any appointments for you". Don't ask for your customers opinion if you refuse to act upon them. More
