Hi Mrs. Cleveland, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am so sorry you felt my explanation of the incident for your windshield came across as me being rude. By no means was that my intention. Again, when replacing a wiper if the arm slips out of the hand like it did in this occasion it can crack the windshield. This is something we train our Techs to know and although mistakes like these don't happen often, when they do we take 100% full responsibility for our human error. If you allow us, we want to take care of the cover expense for you. We know you're in Las Cruces which is why we offered at the time of your windshield replacement to valet your vehicle in and have it dropped off back to you. We can definitely do the same for the cover if you allow us to have it replaced for you and that way you and your husband don't have to make the trip to El Paso.
