I was disappointed I didn’t get offered a vehicle since they told me it would take 4 to 5 days for the tire to arrive. Never got a call for status. Had to show until the following Saturday. I was told I would get charge $20.00 to replace the tire and it was about $60.00. I bought all four new tires at the dealership this year and I don’t see where is the guarantee on it. Usually great service but this time not too happy. More
Terrible experience with the service department. I went in to have my oil changed and they told me I needed new wiper blades which I agreed to. They cracked my windshield while changing the wiper blades. This was right before a 2500 mile road trip. The service “manager “ was rude to me regarding their service people breaking the windshield. When we took the car in upon our return we had to travel to El Paso from Las Cruces to have this work done which takes about an hour and a half in traffic each way, dropping the car off at 9 am and picking it back up at 5 (6 hours total). My husband and I had to take the day off of work to get this done. When I picked the car up I realized the camera cover was broken. I pointed this out to the customer service person and she snapped it back into place which only lasted about 15 minutes down the road. When I got home and looked at it a little more thoroughly I realized that they had broken it. I now have a broken camera cover which I will pay a local qualified shop to fix. I definitely will not go back there and would NOT recommend anyone using them. More

I have always been so pleased with Rudolph since I bought my first Honda in 2007. The staff there has always been top notch and willing to work with what I'd most important...the consumer. I can't say enough about Joseph Cuellar, he does and exceptional job working with the customer. he is very knowledgeable, quick to answer even the most difficult questions and make us feel comfortable in purchasing with Rudolph.
