We do have available spots for unscheduled repairs which is why the advisor was able to take in your vehicle without an appointment, however the wait time for the completed repairs is a little longer than an scheduled appointment. Worst Customer service I have experience from Rudolph VW We live in NM and they couldn't drop my wife at the front door. Instead she was dropped off at the state line and my wife had to walk about 4 m More

We're sorry that your wife didn't have a completely satisfying visit. We did inform your wife of the courtesy shuttle policy change. We are currently limiting the shuttle distance due to the disruptions the construction have caused. She requested to be dropped off at the state line as she would find a ride from there.
