The waiting was a bit long. However, I can never get my car vacummed! I don't want to return the vehicle just for that. I am always reminding them that it is necessary. I went in for routine maintenance and everything went very smoothly. I dropped the car off, had a free coffee and banana in the waiting room while I used their free WiFi on my computer, and within 40 mi very smoothly.
