My experience hasn't always been excellent but my last visit was very good except for the fact the car wash was broken. I did receive a coupon for a free car wash to use at my convenience. When I drove my visit was very good except for the fact the car wash was broken. I did receive a coupon for a free car wash to use at my convenience. When I drove my car into the service center, I was greeted immediately and the transaction for check in was very quick. I went inside to wait and couldn't believe that 30-35 minutes later, I received a message on my phone telling me my car was ready. The estimate for service was exactly what I paid. No suggestions of extra services needed which has rarely happened in the past. More
