I went in for a recall update to my Corolla. I had the pleasure of working with Doug. He was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had a question about my rear passenger door and he was so quick to im pleasure of working with Doug. He was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He was able to explain the issue, even tried to fix it and then told me the approximate cost to completely fix the problem. Really, I was so happy with him. My car had a funny smell when I was driving it. I brought it in to the dealership and they were very thorough trying to find the cause but they were not able to duplicate my problem. Andy helped me today and was no exception, super friendly and courteous! My car is always done on time and it's freshly washed and vacuumed too. The waiting area is the best! A huge flat screen TV, lots of comfortable chairs, a business room, free beverages and snacks, even a dedicated kids area. What more can you ask for? I have owned just about every single kind of vehicle you can think of and Toyota has been my favorite by far. My husband has a new Mercedes SUV and can't get over the excellent service that I get, something he can only dream of! More
