My car was completed faster then estimated. Everyone was friendly and curtious. Work was done well as far as I can tell, the wheels haven't come off yet. Made an evening appt for a recall but came in at noon. Added an oil change and both the oil change and the recall were done in 90 minutes. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work done at R.L. Toyota. This time was no exception. Your Customer Service and Friendliness ratings would have gone from 4 to 5 if a few (even one) of done at R.L. Toyota. This time was no exception.
