Overall the service experience is good but I hate how every time you drive in, step out of your vehicle, and you might be right next to a desk with a service representative sitting there but no one says every time you drive in, step out of your vehicle, and you might be right next to a desk with a service representative sitting there but no one says hello. Heads stay down, fixated on a monitor, as if you’re invisible. Seems to me that someone could easily look up, say hello, someone will be with you shortly. Instead silence. Sometimes you stand there three, four, five minutes and no one says a word. I would change that experience. More
