This was my first service experience at Rudy Luther Toyota. It was great! I was greeted promptly, and Mario listened well to my requests to learn more about some of the electronics. Toyota 4Runner delivered via flatbed tow truck to Rudy Luther Toyota due to flashing check engine light & very rough running engine. Secured 8:00 a.m. Saturday appointment via phone. Received text at 1:45 p.m. Friday that problem diagnosed as failed ignition coil. I texted permission to repair; I picked up fixed vehicle mid-afternoon on Friday. It runs great. More
