Avoided the seat belt recall for quite a while. I have a hearing impairment, can not do phone calls but can speak and am a lip reader - obviously, masks presented problems for me. I was pleasantly surprise hearing impairment, can not do phone calls but can speak and am a lip reader - obviously, masks presented problems for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the following people: Online chat with chad tobias, service with Mila, text communications with Dwayne Bayer - that everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and did what they said they will do. Mila was not comfortable removing her mask for me but she took initiative to write, not many are bright enough to do that without me suggesting alternatives for communicating. Mila also kept her writing simple, figured I would understand enough, not condescending which I appreciated. More
