I had an appointment for regular service on my wife's Rav4 The service advisor wrote me up and advised how the time it would take as I going to wait. I was kept informed throughout the process as I had some warranty work that needed attention.
Will have another visit when the part arrives.

Greeted immediately by courteaous employee. Service rep checked me in and my oil change was completed in less than one hour. Lounge area was comfortable.
I took my car for an oil change with the oil filter stuck. They did the oil change and took care of the oil filter problem. Also, they checked my car for other problems, and gave me a list of things to be changed for free of charge.

I had to get the cargo door latch on my 2004 4Runner replaced and while they were at it fix my back wiper that was vandalized. My car went in at 7:30 and the work was done at 8:45. I was made fully aware of the price right off the bat which was appreciated. Excellent service department.

The service provided was a routine check up. However, they addressed one concern by simply tighten the bolt and screw with no extra charge. The work was done on time and they corrected the problem..

As always, I was immediately greeted and assisted. I was informed re: the work that needed to take place, and was advised to take out a loaner car (as the repairs would be fairly extensive). In no time at all, I was on my way.... and was contacted later that afternoon about picking my car up.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I typically work with John D; he's always been SO kind and so helpful . But he wasn't available on this particular day. Terry, Kevin, and a host of others helped me get on my way, a satisfied customer again!
I have considered going back to driving a Honda (as I did so for decades prior to getting my RAV 4). The only thing I don't like about my Fav 4 is that it provides a bit of a blind spot (maybe due to my height), and it has been problematic at times.
But deep down I know I'll stay w/Rudy Luther Toyota - and that's BECAUSE of the incredible (and consistent) service you offer! Thanks everyone.
