I was immediately approached by the service handler when I pulled my car into the garage and given simple direction for "next steps", i.e.: leave my key, go to desk, I'll be right there. My car is 10 years old and has always been serviced at Rudy Luther Toyota. I have never been dissatisfied with the service; however, this time I felt I was being pressured to buy new tires---and I will a Rudy Luther Toyota.
