I have bought the past 3 vehicles from Runde. Great dealership to work with and great people. The only reason for not a 5/5 rating would be the last two trade-in/purchases, I was told my trade- Great dealership to work with and great people. Both trade-ins were posted for sale on the Runde website within 3 weeks. Both trade-ins were marked way higher than trade-in value. A little more honesty with that and perfecto!!! Perfect dealership. When I was seeking out the vehicle and planning to come down to purchase it Taylor was very helpful and I was able to do a lot of it over the phone. I had to bring my wife and 2 young kids with me so I tri down to purchase it Taylor was very helpful and I was able to do a lot of it over the phone. I had to bring my wife and 2 young kids with me so I tried to get as much done before hand as possible. We test drove the vehicle and liked it very much. We made a proper deal and headed home after trading in my wife’s jeep. Half way home (30 minutes) the touch screen went black and did not turn back on. Taylor worked with me to pick up the vehicle after getting it diagnosed at our local Chevy dealership. They had to pick it up bring it to East Dubuque to get the screen replaced free of charge. It all worked out great. When I got back home and had time to look over the vehicle the screen was indeed replaced but the trim around the the cup holders was not put back in properly and and had about a 3/4 inch quarter gap. Things didn’t close right and the keyless entry no longer worked. I made an appointment at our local Chevy dealer to get the trim put back properly and to see why the keyless entry does not work anymore. The over all experience was fine but I am not happy that I spent the amount money I did for a vehicle and then something goes bad after taking it off the lot. I’m grateful they fixed it no charge but the condition that I received it back in was butterfly disappointing. I am not happy about having a new vehicle and not having everything work properly yet. A hug dissappointment. More
