I had a really great sales guy helping me (Gabriel). Also the trade-in with my leased bmw was great (I think Leo). No complaints at all about any of the negotiations or buying process. In my opinion(and I only do this every few years so what do I know) I wish that the beginning of the finance period we could have reviewed the numbers- just an acknowledgement of where things stood and before I started signing off my existing car and before the new lease was established. I also had a scheduled appointment and perhaps they could streamline things so the wait is shortened. But the actual sales person and trade in person 10/10. More
