I had a great experience with Rex He was more knowledgeable and patient than any of the other sales rep I had talked to in the auto mall, which was quite refreshing. Honestly, by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had - would work with Rex at Rusnak again in a heartbeat. I actually leased a car from them without ever visiting the dealership and it could not hav had - would work with Rex at Rusnak again in a heartbeat. In my opinion(and I only do this every few years so what do I know) I wish that the beginning of the finance period we could have reviewed the numbers- just an acknowledgement of where things stood and before I started signing off my existing car and before the new lease was established. I also had a scheduled appointment and perhaps they could streamline things so the wait is shortened. But the actual sales person and trade in person 10/10. More

It surely was though. I was shopping for a few yr used vehicles and was told they only sell excellent lease returns and I could tell when I got to see the car.
