The experience that I had at at Rusnak Porsche in Pasadena was nothing short of pleasant. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Ken Tran in purchasing a Porsche Panamera GTS. I reached out and c Pasadena was nothing short of pleasant. I had the amazing opportunity to work with Ken Tran in purchasing a Porsche Panamera GTS. I reached out and called Porsche and spoke with Ken about the car, and when I arrived approximately an hour and a half later the car was cleaned and detailed. Test drove the car, got to know it a bit and decided to purchase. The money part of the deal was simple and straightforward. I could tell Sarsi the finance manager was honest about his offerings, my options and I’m appreciative of that. The delivery and demonstration of the car with Ken was excellent as well. Not only happy with the car, but also happy with the small amount of time and ease of the process with my purchase. When when you are purchasing a luxury product, this is the type of service and experience that you should get. Thank you Ken, Sarsi and the Rusnak team for an overall pleasant experience. More
