My salesman Ivan N. Was the most unprofessional salesperson I’ve ever worked with and I’m in the business. I inquired about purchasing a vehicle. We discussed numbers through text put 5k down, check credit because just for the store. Ok that’s fine. The manager tells me I can go online and fill out the application no problem. Red flag to my salesman he calls me and say I’ll email you a papercopy fill it out and email it back to me. Your manager just stated I can send it through your secure servers on your website he wants me to send my personal information to his personal email? How absurd is that. I understand pulling credit for me paying cash but then to proceed to tell me one thing then change it up because his commission isn’t aligning up with cash deal, says that I’m paying cash but then proceeds to say after we check your credit I’m gonna send it to a bank to get an approval. I’m paying cash no you are not. A cash deal taking 3 weeks to finalize, technically you don’t release the car until funds have cleared. When I called back and asked if he sent his paper credit application he stated someone was there looking at it and if he doesn’t buy it he has another deposit on it, I bet you they were financing. All in all the salesman gets an F worst salesman I’ve ever worked with shouldn’t even be in the business. More
