Anthony Always Makes It Better! We had an issue with the XC90 when the battery died! I was so distraught! As I was only a couple of blocks from the dealer he immediately sent one of We had an issue with the XC90 when the battery died! I was so distraught! As I was only a couple of blocks from the dealer he immediately sent one of his service guys over to jump start the car. As busy as they were he fit me in and did the regular service we were going to need so we could get the car back the next day. We also had an issue with the XC60 not having A/C - and we were having record high temps!!! He suggested we bring that car in and leave it when we picked up the XC90. He had the XC60 promptly repaired by the next afternoon so we were minimally inconvenienced. He’s always friendly and happy to help!!! Even when we are upset about car issues, he does his best to help and that always makes us feel better! More

Excellent service. After being reminded on my Volvo's navigation screen that my car was due for service, I made an appointment at Rusnak. for it's 12 month service. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I walked into Rusnak Volvo on a Thursday & wanted to see & test drive the Volvo XC40. I was immediately helped & introduced to Juan Castaneda. He show I walked into Rusnak Volvo on a Thursday & wanted to see & test drive the Volvo XC40. I was immediately helped & introduced to Juan Castaneda. He showed me the car, all its features & then we test drove it. I immediately fell in love. Juan was beyond helpful, & even gave me such a good price on the vehicle that I that I had test driven, which included all the features I wanted on the XC40 T5 AWD. I had been researching this car since January however never got around to seeing it in person. This would be my first ever car purchase so I wanted to be absolutely sure. Juan was so patient, helpful, & accommodating to ALL my needs, I returned two days later on my birthday & purchased my dream car. When I arrived, Juan had a happy birthday ballon on it along with a sold sign. I honestly have to say that if it wasn’t for his amazing customer service I probably wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase but he made me feel so comfortable. This was such a wonderful experience for me & I’m grateful to Rusnak Pasadena for all their help, especially to Juan. More

Very Professional and friendly environment I had been to the other Rusnak dealership in Westlake village for my first car and this was the second time I am came back to Rusnak with my family t I had been to the other Rusnak dealership in Westlake village for my first car and this was the second time I am came back to Rusnak with my family to check out Volvo in Pasadena. I really like their easy approach and friendly environment which I have not found in any other dealerships. They even have kids play area to make kids engaged and happy (very thoughtful) Helps when you are with your family. Great Staff, Adimika was super nice!! She took care of everything professionally.
