Parker is a great salesman. Not pushy, very personable and friendly. I was a walk-in with no appointment. I had intended to visit another dealer to look at other vehicles but Parker’s first impression was certainly a factor in deciding to purchase from them and not visit the other dealer. I’d make the 5 hour trip to buy from him again anytime. I can’t recall the name of the finance person, but he was easy to work with as well. They do offer the additional protection packages and warranties as I would expect but Parker answered any questions I had and did not push when I ultimately decided against it. Probably the best dealer experience I’ve had. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. I left with the vehicle I wanted and a full tank of gas. More

We were not looking forward to car shopping in 5 degree weather, but Russ Darrow made it bearable and easy. Their website was easy to use to check out the cars they had in stock and once we arrived, Parker weather, but Russ Darrow made it bearable and easy. Their website was easy to use to check out the cars they had in stock and once we arrived, Parker was very helpful. He offered hot cocoa and did everything in his power to keep us and the cars indoors as much as possible. Parker cared about getting us a car that suited our needs and also made sure we knew how to utilize all the new features. More
