Unexpected Purchase! We hadn’t intended on purchasing a vehicle the day we stopped at the dealer. We had actually been in town to look at a full-size pickup at another dea We hadn’t intended on purchasing a vehicle the day we stopped at the dealer. We had actually been in town to look at a full-size pickup at another dealer, ended up not liking it, and decided to just drive through other lots to see what was out there on the way home. Ended up pulling in to Russ Darrow to look at a 2018 Ram on the lot.....and somehow ended up test driving a Wrangler. Which both of us have always kind of wanted anyway but never thought to look at seriously. Drove one with an automatic transmission, liked it but didn’t want the payment that came with the price tag. Jim got creative and pulled up the same model in a manual transmission. It’s history from there. We are in love! Jon (the business manager?) could maybe stand a course or two in how to communicate with people, but cannot say enough about Jim and Scott. Great salesmen. Excellent follow up since purchase. Made the hour trip worth it! More
