Looking forward to using my last free oil change after purchasing my car so I can NEVER step foot in a Russ Darrow again. I gave them a chance because they bought out Mighty Auto that was there originally purchasing my car so I can NEVER step foot in a Russ Darrow again. I gave them a chance because they bought out Mighty Auto that was there originally and I had great experiences with them and I hoped Russ Darrow would keep up the tradition. HUGE MISTAKE in that line of thinking. I won't get into the customer care or sales team since this is about the service I received. As far as that goes, also a pathetic experience. I pulled in and sat awkwardly in my car for 5 minutes by the desk as no one acknowledged me. Then a very impatient employee finally talked to me and acted annoyed I was there. No smile, nothing. I tried to crack a few jokes and got blank, angry stares. They did the absolute bare minimum expected of their job. They seemed annoyed when I said I would be shopping next door. I got a text when the car was done because I was next door shopping for shoes while I waited. Came back and my keys were sitting on the desk on top of my paper work. I stood there for another few minutes thinking maybe I needed to speak with someone before grabbing them. It seemed odd that I would just walk in and out without speaking with an actual human being. Nobody came. I guess my car was a FREE CAR for anyone who happened to walk in before me? PATHETIC experience from start to finish. I will make sure that NO ONE I care about ever steps foot in this dealership/service center. Feel free to reach out about my repeated terrible experiences with the sales, management and warranty team. Last oil change I had I was pretty impressed. You even vacuumed my car for me! This time this was not done. Totally unsure of what to expect for my third oil change that is provided for me after the purchase of my car. I may just spend the money somewhere else and waste the free service because I dislike everything about your location. You all should be ashamed of your lack of care the second you receive your money. You should strive for customers for life, as they are the life of any thriving business. You obviously strive for a customer for a day mentality. I am quick to praise good service. I often track down management at stores and eating establishments and will wait however long it takes to speak with them and sing the praises for good service and advocate for an employee who has gone above and beyond. I have YET to find anyone there that even meets the most basic of expectations you should have on your staff. I cant say this enough.......AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at ALL COST! More
