I instructed our salesman, Malcolm Laurene, that I was not looking to purchase a car immediately, that I wanted to take my time until I found the right car. I was very selective about what I was looking for and Malcolm went above and beyond to ensure we got the right car. He even took calls from me while on vacation. He was extremely helpful and made the experience a lot easier. I have recommended Russ Darrow before and will continue to recommend them in the future.
