I told her what the issue was by doing research on line of the problem with the rear hatch not opening in c Alondra was very friendly and personable. I told her what the issue was by doing research on line of the problem with the rear hatch not opening in cold weather. This problem has been going on with Honda CRV since 2011. When it's cold outside the rear door latch doesn't open.. no recalls? Before I made the appointment, I talked to the parts manager to make sure the switch was in stock. After waiting 1 hour Alobdra told me it wasn't in stock and they would call around for the part, but they later found out they had the part. It took 2.5 hours to do. More
