No games, no bait and switch, no mysterious promotion that they removed when we arrived. Dale was fantastic, a joy to converse with, and helped me return our rental car so that my wife could focus on the kids. Jonathan was great at discussing the financing and warranty options, but respecting a "no" answer for any that I felt didn't fit our needs.
