Great experience!!! So I’m driving down the street thinking about buying a car and just then I came upon Russ Darrow Honda. I was greeted by Josh who I immediately felt a connection with. We talked a bit and he was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I was then referred to Mike Tular who was equally as nice and quite friendly. He gave me direction and counseling on buying a car that, not only was in my price range, but also practical for someone with a growing family. Well...3 month later after much soul searching I finally purchased a Toyota Sienna. It was priced $2k below market value, according to KBB. My overall experience at Russ Darrow was great. I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle and they were very patient with me over the course of 3 months and many test drives. Mike Tular even came in for an hour on his day off to assist me in taking the sienna for a test drive. Now if that’s not dedication toward a customer, then I don’t know what is. My wife and I are very pleased with our overall experience and now consider Josh, Mike, and Russ Darrow our friends and not just sales associates. More

Todd Wright at Russ Darrow Honda in Wisconsin : Professional - Knowledgeable -Understanding. Mr. Wright is the epitome of what every car salesman should strive to become. In December 2016, my son Christopher was looking to purchase a car after his graduation from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin. God and Divine Intervention led us to J. Todd Wright at Russ Darrow Honda. He immediately approached us and was ready to help us meet our needs. He was patient and showed us several cars that were well within the budget of a recent college grad (and his mom)!!! He went above and beyond to lead us through the car purchasing process. It really made us feel at ease. I know this may sound crazy, but he felt like family helping my son make the right decision. I can continue to sing the praises of Mr.Wright. We will never seek out another salesman other than Mr. Wright for our future car purchases (which may be soon since that college graduate is now working two jobs and is considering a purchase of a "new" car in the near future).
