A few months ago while having my Civic serviced I asked that Darrow Honda check the brakes since they had not been replaced and I had over 100k miles. They allegedly checked them over and said the pads we that Darrow Honda check the brakes since they had not been replaced and I had over 100k miles. They allegedly checked them over and said the pads were fine and didn’t need replacing. Around 10000 miles later I noticed the brakes were pulsating and took it in. The technician said I now needed new pads and had to replace both rotors because they were badly warped. They wanted $600 for the repair. I walked out of the dealership very angry knowing that if they would have checked them appropriately a few months ago, I would have only needed the pads replaced and rotors resurfaced for $190. I left with brakes still pulsating and will look to have them repaired elsewhere. I don’t live near Darrow Honda(60 miles away) but have been going there for years since they have been very reliable, fair and offer excellent deals for service. After this poor experience I plan to take my business elsewhere. Service agent was pleasant but did nothing to rectify the situation. It wasn’t her fault the dealership misled me but making it right would have went a long way and kept me a loyal customer. More

Everyone at Russ Darrow Honda was very polite and professional. Michael was amazing, helping me throughout the entire process in any way he could. They worked to get my financing to where I was comfo professional. Michael was amazing, helping me throughout the entire process in any way he could. They washed my car and put gas in it for me, and Michael even went over all the car’s features making sure I could use them on the drive home.
