Worked a deal out with Josh online and by text. Got to dealership and he was not available. Deal was changed by onsite staff. Called George the next day to discuss what transpired. He was incredibly RUDE dealership and he was not available. Deal was changed by onsite staff. Called George the next day to discuss what transpired. He was incredibly RUDE and completely Unprofessional. Will never buy another car from them again There are plenty of dealers that know how to treat people. This one did not! More

He also makes you comfortable with the process and is upfront about every detail. No schemes not gimmicks! He is the main reason my family continues to buy from Russ Darrow and will continue to support and send people his way to get a car! Thank you so much Derrick! More

Hugely misled on a lease pull ahead offer. Was absolutely tricked into coming into the dealership only to have my time wasted and given a completely different offer than what the sales agent said absolutely tricked into coming into the dealership only to have my time wasted and given a completely different offer than what the sales agent said Over the phone. Am no longer a loyal Honda customer. More

Honestly the salesperson I worked with ( Marquavis Maddox) was good, George the manager kind of helped me but not as much as I expected for such a big dealership. I'm extremely disappointed and unhapp Maddox) was good, George the manager kind of helped me but not as much as I expected for such a big dealership. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy, I really feel scammed and I'm pissed off. I came in with $3000 cash to buy a car I found on their website, I get there and of course they try to convince me to finance which at the moment I can't because of covid-19 I'm on unemployment. Then of course they don't list online all the things wrong with the cars they have either smh, but I was willing to over look that stuff because I know I'm buying a used car and it won't be perfect. Anyways I purchase my car and on the buyers guide it has listed shifting issues. Now this car is a Mazda 6 automatic w/6 speed manual mode so I'm thinking the shifting issues have to deal with the manual mode. No I was wrong, I don't even have this car a full 24hrs and I'm leaving a store and put the car in drive and it's not accelerating it's just revving the engine like I'm trying to show off. Then it all of a sudden kicked into gear and drove but did this all the way home. So I bring it to the dealership (which took me over an hour to get to because of this issue, when its normally a 15min drive tops) and they say well it was on the buyers guide. They say I can switch it for another car same value or fix it at my own expense. Of course I want another car, so Marquavis and I are looking at them when George mentions to show me a 2009 Honda civic, I check it out and decide thats the one I want. Now we have to wait for the title to come in the mail from the Mazda before I can switch cars. So I'm out of a car in the mean time. Finally title comes I go back to the dealership to do the paperwork for the Honda Civic and they hand me paperwork for a completely different car that was NEVER even looked at or discussed, mind you its got way more problems wrong with it, has 40,000 more miles on it then the 1st car I purchased and the Honda I was switching it for, amongst many other things. I ask wheres the other car and George tries to say something about the price or whatever but its not a clear answer plus HE'S the one who pointed the car out for me, then Marquavis gives me a totally different answer and says the deal went out on that car so we have to offer you this one. I feel scammed at this moment. I say I want to see my options, I'm not happy I want to pick out something. Of course nothing in my price range or the cars have to many issues blah blah blah, so I decide I pretty much have no other choice right now its either this car or nothing because they are not going to give me my money back. So we do the paperwork and I go to leave and the car won't start, it needs a new battery, you would think since I've gone through all this bs they would just switch it out but no I had to pay $118 just to drive the car off the lot. George's famous line well it's what you get for $3000, like no I expect to have a basic working vehicle for $3000 not something I have to put money into right away to drive it. So I go home and the next day go out to run errands and stuff, well I come out the store and the car won't start smh. Not the battery because I know when the battery is dead I know how a car sounds and stuff when that happens, its not the starter, I'm stumped and its getting dark so I leave my car overnight and return in the morning and we try a bunch of stuff and get it started, I drive it home park shut it off and try to restart it and it wont start, talk with George on the phone and he tells me to bring it in and they will look at it for free but I have to pay for the repairs. Mind you I've now had the car only 2 days. I pay a man to help me start the car and he comments that it seems like it may be an electrical problem. Drop the car off and get a call saying it's the ignition switch and its going to cost roughly $420 to fix. SERIOUSLY! So now I've shelled out $530 in 2 days to fix this car and right now I'm not even positive if its fixed. This is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I've NEVER had issues like this especially with a dealership. I do not blame the salesman Marquavis in any way because a lot of the issues were and are out of his hands. I wouldn't recommend buying a used car from them at all, only brand new and yes I would recommend Marquavis as the salesperson 100 percent. I am now currently waiting to see if my car will be fixed or if I will have to shell out more money. Very very upsetting. More
