Hung up on, frustrating and poor customer service Visited this dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle. It started off good, but fell apart in the end. Was offered nothing for our trade. They wouldn't budge, even $500, on the price and gave us an interest rate that was double to what we could get else where. When trying to negotiate over the phone, the salesman hung up on us! Keep in mind, we were set to pick up the car that night.!! Never received a phone call back by anyone. Unbelievable to treat customers that way. There are other businesses out there that would value our business, so we will go to them. Would not recommend this dealership. More
