Very disappointed First of all, this is the first time I have to give an unfavorable review. Was expecting/hoping at least the staff would be wearing masks, but only sa First of all, this is the first time I have to give an unfavorable review. Was expecting/hoping at least the staff would be wearing masks, but only saw two people with masks on. Did see a number of customers with masks, but with the layout and traffic pattern social distancing was near impossible. Saw no sanitizing at all, however there was hand sanitizer on the counter. Did not feel safe! We had about an hour and fifteen minute wait, which was expected. We were not notified that the car was ready but saw our car waiting in the pickup area. The cashier did have any paperwork so referred us back to our intake staff member. The only answer to why we weren’t notified our car was ready was that she was on the phone, no apology, just became defensive. Very disappointed in customer care on her part. More
