I just needed my headlight blubs replaced. After calling and getting a verbal quote of $10.00 per headlight I bought my blubs and went in. $95.00 later my blubs are in. Apparently you can't get at them without moving other things. Being on a tight budget, this is a cost I could have done without. Manufacturer's are making simple things like replacing blubs simply ridiculous. My only complaint with the servicedepartment is the incorrect price after they had my cars information. More

Our service advisor, Jay Malkowski, was the best service advisor we ever experienced at any auto dealership. Our service needs were his priority, he promptly kept us advised on service status, and advised u advisor we ever experienced at any auto dealership. Our service needs were his priority, he promptly kept us advised on service status, and advised us to wait on issues found on our vehicle which did not require immediate attention at this time. It was apparent to us that the Russ Darrow Service Department’s priorities were not about making the highest profit possible upon our vehicle repair needs, but providing the best customer experience possible. We were very satisfied with our experience and will take our Honda Accord to Russ Darrow for our future service needs. More
