The dealership probably needs to enhance their communication methods. They had my car all day and told me they would update progress at 12pm I didn’t get any updates until 2pm and it was a video m communication methods. They had my car all day and told me they would update progress at 12pm I didn’t get any updates until 2pm and it was a video message not even a phone call. Then they let me use their shuttle but didn’t tell me it wouldn’t be available after a certain point in time. 3pm my car was ready and the shuttle was already unavailable. They ordered me an uber which I waited for thirty minutes and called the dealer back to find out that the uber was canceled. They ordered another one and I finally got a ride back to the dealership. They also never filled my tires like I asked so the light was still on my dash and they also said they’d wash my car and never did. More
