In writing class they say you need to start with something that grabs the reader's attention, so without any further ado: imagine a man with an Italian-New Jersey accent yelling at you "lemme tell y something that grabs the reader's attention, so without any further ado: imagine a man with an Italian-New Jersey accent yelling at you "lemme tell you a little bit about this xxxxer ehh. You wouldn't believe the way he treated me" You the reader might wanna sit down, shut up, and strap in because this is a crazy story. Brody hands down, on God has been the best salesman I have ever dealt with. And I've been around the block with these kinda guys. I was interested in getting a K5 and from the very beginning, he helped me compare the differences between the trims and packages. I really appreciate that he didn't pressure me hard into looking at different models. In the past other dealerships had a hard time understanding that when I say I want a 4-door sedan, it means I want a 4-door sedan. After I picked out the trim we took one for a test drive and I was allowed to run free like an uncollared dog in the park. I let that puppy roar wild. Not even 5 minutes into the drive I was sold on the car. He pointed out all the features, was able to answer all of my questions, and most importantly was kind and polite during the whole process. Now, this is the part that nobody likes - pricing. Unfortunately in my circumstance, there were a couple of tables flipped and punches thrown. I'll be honest and say I might have been stepping past boundaries by asking for a lot but Brody really did help me out in this part. He even stayed after hours to make this deal. After the dust settled and we came to an agreement there were hugs all around. I couldn't have driven away in my brand new car any happier! In conclusion, if Brody ever needed a kidney I'd volunteer as tribute. I give this man 100 thumbs up, golden stars all around, and a hallelujah! We Had scheduled the appointment during the week for Saturday at 10 for a tire rotation and to replace a defective wireless charger that was under warranty. We get there and he tells us he'll let us know how much it will be, we told him it should be free because we purchased an extended warranty that included the tire rotation, he then proceeds to tell us he can't find it in the system and he had to wait till Caleb got off the phone to figure out what he was doing wrong that he couldn't find it, then the service gentleman comes out saying that the mechanic will not be able to get to the car til later. It wouldn't be done til after 3 pm that was unacceptable We had an appointment so now we have to figure out another day where it can be brought back so the work that needs to be done gets done. Not fair or right in my eyes. Im not very happy with Russ Darrow right now. More
