We had a great time buying our certified pre-owned Kia from Michael Duda and the rest of the staff! A quick change to the schedule was no problem for him and when I texted late at night asking to come in early the next day to buy the car I was looking at I was met with a can do attitude and an appointment confirmation text within minutes. I also have to give a shoutout to Lamont Games, the F&I manager. He was more than happy to explain any questions or concerns I had and allowed me to take the time I needed to make an informed decision on an additional warranty. The whole process went pretty fast and everything was laid out to me in an easy to understand manner. The car was cleaned inside and out before we drive it home and any spots I noticed and pointed out were cleaned before driving away, so kudos to the cleaners and detailers as well! Very happy with our purchase and felt taken care of while we were there :) More
