My case manager has been working with me on resolving an issue - dealership says there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle - my case manager told me they were supposed to call the Mazda IT department while it w issue - dealership says there’s nothing wrong with my vehicle - my case manager told me they were supposed to call the Mazda IT department while it was in their service; apparently they never did. She requested screenshots of every step they took to resolve the issue and they never sent them to her. She’s now sending me to Hall Mazda to try to have the issue resolved. More

One of the better car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Sales manager Adam was helpful and worked with me to come to a final price that was very fair. I originally had no intention to trade in my 2015 cx-5 but after we finalized the price on new car, Adam was able to get me an offer that was pretty close to what I thought I could sell it for myself. Not having to go through hassle of dealing with Facebook marketplace or other car sales sites was a plus that I wasn’t expecting. Would strongly recommend Russ Darrow Mazda to anyone that wants a hassle free process of buying a new car. More
