Had an excellent experience when I took my car in for an oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of the oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of them. After I ordered touch up paint, he gave me complete instructions on how to use it. I’ve been coming here since I picked my car up from Russ Darrow in December 202 that came in directly from the manufacturer. The customer service was way better than the Russ Darrow location near good Hop Darrow in December 202 that came in directly from the manufacturer. The customer service was way better than the Russ Darrow location near good Hope. I was not pleased. But I like the service at Greenfield. I look forward to chatting with Jenny when I come. She is so friendly and kind. I love her personality. I hope she stays. I’ve seen many great people leave and have seen the difference (not always good). But I’ve been a loyal customer. It would be nice if there were incentives and discounts. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at the greenfield location. My car is in great condition because I take care of it. More
