With the gentleman specifically that I worked with he was very nice and helpful. I had never work with a dealership for oil changes before so was kind of nervous but he was kind. I made an appointment that was supposed to take an hour. When I arrived they said it might take two hours. It took nearly 4 hours for an inspection! After hitting a deer and totaling my Mazda CX-5 right before Christmas, I needed a new car and wanted the process to be as easy/quick as possible. There was no question that we would go back to Jason Mertens at Russ Darrow Greenfield! My husband, brother, and grandfather have all purchased cars from Jason and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences. Jason came in on his day off to help me purchase a car, which shows his dedication and how much he cares about his customers. He never once made it feel like we were inconveniencing him. When making such a big purchase, it’s really important to trust that you’re getting a fair deal. I never question that with Jason. The process was smooth sailing and he made sure I got the exact car I wanted. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond for his customers.
