Michael was kind and helpful in the beginning of my issue. As the process went on I had an extremely hard time communicating back and forth with him. Every time I would call to speak with him I would b issue. As the process went on I had an extremely hard time communicating back and forth with him. Every time I would call to speak with him I would be transferred to 10 different areas of the dealership until I finally reached service management. Still sat on hold for about 10 min each time I called to talk with him. There has also been an issue with him calling me and leaving a voicemail. The texting number was correct but when he said he left me a voicemail I had received nothing. When communicating this with him I got some attitude from him as if it was my fault. This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied by the service department. More

Had an excellent experience when I took my car in for an oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of the oil change. Service advisor was friendly, fast/efficient, and very knowledgeable. I had several random questions and he was able to answer all of them. After I ordered touch up paint, he gave me complete instructions on how to use it.
