I had no idea about insurance, plates, registration or the overall process of buying a car. I was helped by the whole team. If one of the team members didn't know the answer to my question another person was brought into the conversation to help. Overall, an easy process with salesman/women very easy to speak to and relate to in every aspect. I would recommend to other first time buyers. However, you could tell that there was some drama between staff, but in the end they all pulled together for great service collectively. Liam was especially good at listening to my needs and concerns, was not pushy to buy a brand new car (even though I did end up buying a new one), and was very laid back. He didn't seem to be especially passionate about his work, but still got the job done just as well. More

I liked the smaller dealership experience as well. Kyle even took us out personally to meet Brian in the service department. And knowing I had a deadline to meet for a commitment, he gave me his contact info before I drove off and I felt he sincerely meant it when he said I could contact him any time with questions.
