Very accommodating Bought a used 2017 Toyota Highlander with a 20 year old trade-in. The vin number on the title was off by one letter. Charging customers a mandatory $499 etch fee feels like a rip-off when they don't even need it. There's already a dealership fee, so customers should be able to opt out of the etch fee.
