Came in for an appointment with Shalonda Lock on May 29th 2024 to look for a Toyota Camry, Honda accord or a Volkswagen Jetta and she said they had those vehicles. Why did she try to pressure me to driv 29th 2024 to look for a Toyota Camry, Honda accord or a Volkswagen Jetta and she said they had those vehicles. Why did she try to pressure me to drive a Honda truck and to buy a Mazda car? As a sales manager that’s unacceptable. My mother was with me and we all tried to leave as we were she kept pressuring me to stay and so I gave her a shot and did. Went to Russ Darrow of Jeep Chrysler since we were not finding the car I wanted. Found a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta Se, test drove it and found that the resonator on the vehicle was not stock version like they told me. Therefore I wanted it fixed immediately, however Shalonda was too busy on the phone and going to Mazda of Russ Darrow leaving me (A customer) and coming back to Russ Darrow of Jeep Chrysler which I found very disrespectful. She said that she’ll talk to another sales manager about the noise (never did). There was and still is scratches on the rims and a dent on then bumper that I signed paperwork in front of Shalonda and my mother knew about this deal too which was that Russ Darrow Jeep Chrysler was going to fix those scratches and the dent on the bumper. That paperwork I never saw again, she had to threw it away to convince me to buy the car being that I said I wouldn’t buy it if it didn’t get fixed. She took advantage of me in my opinion and it bothers me wholeheartedly. I spoke to the new sales manger and now they’re saying they can’t fix nothing that I’ve complained about to Shalonda, Dennis and Kenny. This is ridiculous. My last word of advice for anyone reading this is please do not buy a car from Russ Darrow of Mazda in Milwaukee nor Jeep Chrysler. Thank you and have a great day. More
Bruce in service is a great guy to work with, his boss on the other hand HORRIBLE! My car was there for damage that they caused and while it was there someone opened a door into my car and left a big dent in the other hand HORRIBLE! So if you take your vehicle there make sure you get her to walk around your vehicle!! I took my car without them fixing it and was so disappointed i traded it in on a different vehicle. More

Justin and Mickey in sales took care of us. Mickey answered all our questions about the new CX-50 we purchased, and Justin provided a good price without any hassle. This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never written a bad review about anyone or anything, and I feel the need to warn others about this place. My experience of being lied to, mislead, pressured, and taken advantage of is absolutely unacceptable. On top of it, my name was misspelled on all of my paperwork (and the dealership found this to be acceptable), upon receiving my cx90 (running at the time) drove all the way home to Fond du lac with no key fabs from the dealership. Then 1 week later, my legal documents were delivered to a friend to give to me. There has been an ongoing defect with the vehicle and no one will fix it or even take an appointment to fix it, which has been going on for almost 4 months. More
