Went in for an oil change. When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. They obviously took it out to check the air When I picked up the car, the glove compartment was laying face down on the dirty passenger floor mat. They obviously took it out to check the air filter. Also, there were oily (motor oil) fingerprints all over the inner door handle, door window edge, steering wheel, and both seats! Terrible! More

Stranded on the side of the road, one local Mazda dealership told me they couldn’t look at my car for 2-3 weeks! Bruce at Russ Darrow helped me out and had my car diagnosed the next day.
